Pastor Stephanie Taylor

Rev. Stephanie J. Taylor, Senior Pastor

Welcome to Grace UMC Wautoma. I am so glad you found us online. My name is Pastor Stephanie and I began my ministry here in July 2020 during the pandemic. I grew up in a little town in Southwestern Wisconsin called DeSoto. I was raised in a little white United Methodist church there and felt God was calling me into ministry during my teen years. I attended Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky and then the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. I became an Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2001. This is my 26th year serving in pastoral ministry. I am an avid sports fan of the Badgers, Brewers, Bucks, and Packers. I have one son, Noah, who keeps me on my toes. My passion is for people to truly experience God in their lives and to participate in spiritual growth opportunities such as bible studies. Join us for worship! We truly do welcome all. You can connect with me at staylor@graceumcwautoma.com

Sandra moved to Wautoma in 1964 and became a member of the UMC in 1966. Having been a church organist since her early teen years, it seemed only natural to volunteer as a substitute organist as soon as she moved to Wautoma. Soon that became a permanent position for several years. During that time the music program flourished and the congregation enjoyed many cantatas and dramas. At the present time, Sandra has returned to fill in as an organist and bell ringer. She always looks forward to meeting her church family of friends on Sunday mornings.
